A Staging Story…
The price reductions between June and October for a beautifully well-appointed new construction property with a tremendous amount of entertaining space including a gourmet kitchen. Why were there no offers? The answer is because it was empty and lacking that all-important warm and homey feeling.
In mid-December we were asked to stage it. Historically the winter holiday season in New England can be a slow time to sell not to mention the $1.195M price tag. The property was ready for its debut, along with a price increase.
One month later an offer was accepted. More than ever, it’s clear that it pays to stage with us!

We are new construction home builders in the Massachusetts area. We hired Perfectly Placed for You to stage 2 of our current projects. The first home was a high end luxury home priced in the $750K range. Liz and Jan met us at the home to discuss ideas and we trusted their judgement instantly. They staged the home beautifully and our feedback from potential buyers was very positive. Everyone loved the design decor the Perfectly Placed for You presented. The other home was an Historic 5,200sqft estate we remodeled recently.
